Buffet lunch/dinner at Kippo (Keppel Club)
If you are still thinking of where to go and what to eat on Mother's Day, I have a recommendation. Go for the ala carte buffet lunch/dinner at Kippo restaurant. At $30+++ per head you can select anything from a menu of more than 100 dishes. The must order dishes are Peking Duck, Sharkfins soup, Poached Prawn, Salmon Sushi, Fried Codfish, Steamed crabs, Japanese tofu and all the 5 kinds of dessert. Be prepared for slow service on Mother's Day. I had good service on May Day.
